The accommodation's location is really good, offering easy access to local attractions while being situated on a quiet street. Black-out blinds ensured a restful night's sleep despite being centrally located. Communication with the host was effective, with helpful tips about local dining with excellent recommendations for enjoying raw fish.

The location was magnificent and stunning close to the old town as well as the harbour, you may take train on Split train station within 10 minutes walk from here.

It has hard-working and competent employees.

Thank you for a great stay. Incredibly beautiful hotel, fairly clean, employees are nice, and location is brilliant in the center of the city. The venue has perfect and luxury rooms with efficient screens, silver curtains plus great shower. They serve excellent food, have variety of options to choose from.

Just a suitable option for a weekend breather in Split with good value for price. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony for coffee in the morning. Pack light if you're staying here since there are some stairs to climb.

the air conditioning could have been better.

What a delightful stay! The room was incredibly spacious and clean, featuring a refreshing shower experience. The room decor was modern and stylish, which pleasantly surprised me.

We encountered issues . The air conditioning was inadequate, leaving us uncomfortable during hot weather. Getting extra linens or towels after 6 PM posed a challenge. The room decor felt a bit dated, and the darker carpets.

great location but parking was a hassle

The space was modern, clean, and exceeded my expectations for comfort. Plus, the rainfall shower was a fantastic way to relax after a long day. Ms. Valentina was responsive and provided excellent dining recommendations.

Cozy room, lovely atmosphere, the rainfall shower was refreshing after a day of exploring and there were ample excellent dining options nearby for both dinner and breakfast.

The location was spot on, just a short stroll to the palace and local restaurants. We really appreciated the help from host valentina, who quickly resolved our key card and wifi issues. Clean room and comfortable! Many places nearby are perfect for eating and drinking too.
